Professional competence (knowledge, ability, interest, willingness to learn, quality awareness, ability to think, attentiveness)
Personal competence (commitment, willingness to perform, diligence, reliability, resilience, stamina, attitude, flexibility, creativity, independence, willingness to change, innovativeness);
Social competence (ability to work in a team, ability to deal with conflict, critical faculties, communication skills, negotiating skills, empathy);
