The Blueprint-Model

The Blueprint-Model for Entrepreneurs who want to make an impact.

A blueprint is a roadmap. It provides clarity and protects against failure.

Businesses aren’t created on a drawing board. They emerge from people, from situations, from pressure, from aspiration, and from the ability to recognize opportunities where others see only problems. That’s exactly why we need a system that isn’t rigid but works with real life.

The Blueprint model for business development that I’m presenting here has already helped thousands of entrepreneurs build or realign their companies. At first glance, it seems almost playful—like a simple sketch, a house made of symbols. But behind this simplicity lies enormous power: a model that organizes complexity without destroying it.

Entrepreneurs start from different points. Some begin with a vision they can’t shake. Others start out of necessity, because they see no alternative. Still others follow an inner calling. The Blueprint model takes all these starting points into account, because it doesn’t work linearly, but rather in parallel. It allows different elements to emerge simultaneously, influence one another, and ultimately form a coherent whole.

Businesses develop like a house that is lived in while it’s being built. Sometimes you work on the foundation, sometimes on the roof, sometimes on the electrical system. What matters is that everything fits together in the end—and that the entrepreneur understands which elements are indispensable, which can remain flexible, and which decisions have long-term consequences.

Success requires a construction plan—a blueprint.

In the following posts, I’ll open the door to this model. It shows how entrepreneurs turn chaos into structure, uncertainty into clarity, and an idea into a business that serves people and creates value.

In my book *The 10 Commandments for Entrepreneurs*, I guide you through the most important areas of business management. Written in simple language for immediate implementation.
