A Roadmap for Entrepreneurs Who Want to Make an Impact.

Understand and incorporate the cultural context.
Companies always emerge within a cultural context. Values, work ethic, pace, and willingness to learn—all of these shape how a model is adopted and implemented. That is why adapting a business model to other countries is not simply a matter of strategy, but a matter of understanding.
Switzerland is a country that, over the centuries, has developed a unique combination of precision, reliability, and a commitment to quality. These qualities have given rise to companies that are recognized worldwide. Yet this is precisely where the danger lies: Prosperity can breed complacency. What was once built through hard work, courage, and discipline is sometimes taken for granted today. A return to these values and an adjustment to the times are urgently needed.
Other cultures, by contrast, are at a very different stage. They have fewer traditions but more dreams for the future. Less security but more speed. Fewer habits but more curiosity. Countries like Vietnam demonstrate just how powerful qualities such as diligence, a willingness to learn, and the speed of implementation can be. Entrepreneurs there don’t just embrace new ideas—they implement them immediately. Often, however, too quickly. Risk management would help prevent serious mistakes.
In my book, *The 10 Commandments for Entrepreneurs*, I guide you through the most important areas of business management. Written in simple language so you can put the ideas into practice right away.
