Sphere 5: Utilizing Energy Sources

A Roadmap for Entrepreneurs Who Want to Make an Impact. Every business needs energy.

Finding and Harnessing the Right Sources of Energy.

Every company needs energy. Not electrical energy, but entrepreneurial energy—the force that turns ideas into reality, overcomes obstacles, and enables growth. In the model, this energy is symbolized by three wires: Mindset, Know-how, and Capital. They are the lifelines of every company.

The first wire is the mindset. Entrepreneurial thinking isn’t a talent you either have or don’t have. It’s an attitude you develop. Entrepreneurs see opportunities where others see problems. They take action where others hesitate. They take responsibility where others look for excuses. A strong mindset is the difference between an idea that fizzles out and an idea that becomes a business.

The second wire is know-how. Visions are worthless if they cannot be put into practice. Entrepreneurs who are willing to learn, experiment, and grow lay the foundation for sustainable success. Expertise doesn’t mean being able to do everything yourself—it means knowing how to make something happen. It means bringing in experts, building networks, and constantly improving. And most importantly: that knowledge must be put into practice at the right time.

The third element is capital. Financial resources are not the starting point of a business, but they are a crucial catalyst. Capital enables speed, stability, and growth. Entrepreneurs who can clearly communicate their ideas gain trust—and with it, access to the resources they need. Capital follows clarity.

These three sources of energy work together. A strong mindset without know-how leads to dreams that never come to fruition. Know-how without capital leads to projects with limited reach. Capital without a mindset leads to companies without a soul. Only the combination of all three forces creates a model that is sustainable and grows.

Entrepreneurs who consciously nurture these sources of energy create companies that not only function but also inspire.

In my book, *The 10 Commandments for Entrepreneurs*, I guide you through the most important areas of business management. Written in simple language so you can put the ideas into practice right away.
